Refund policy
At RNDR, every pair is crafted with precision using advanced 3D-printing technology. We take great care to ensure your order meets the highest quality standards.
Returns
We accept returns only for items that are:

Defective or damaged upon arrival, or

Incorrectly fulfilled due to a warehouse or shipping error.
To be eligible for a return:

The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide return instructions.
Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned product passes inspection.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

RNDR reserves the right to deny refunds for items that show signs of wear, misuse, or damage not caused during shipping.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not supported at this time due to limited production batches. You may initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
